Flexmore Farm is a smallholding of about 45 acres, situated in the Buckinghamshire village of Chalfont St Giles. The farm is home to the Flexmore herd of Berkshire pigs, Flexmore herd of Water Buffalo and rare breeds of poultry and waterfowl. Our main philosophy is to produce the best tasting, high quality foods that we know have been produced in a happy and healthy environment. Our pigs are the traditional Berkshire breed renowned as the best tasting pork you can get! We farm Water Buffalo because they produce the healthiest meat and dairy products with more protein and calcium and less cholesterol than cow’s milk. The Shop will be open on Wednesday 17th December 2008 as usual and then closed for Christmas and New Year. The shop will reopen on  Wednesday 7th January 2009
 
We have a large range of award winning sausages, including the 2008 British Pig Association National Pedigree Pork Supreme Champion Sausage, tasty rare breed pork, Water Buffalo meat and Water Buffalo dairy products. The shop is currently open on Wednesday Afternoons from 2pm until 7pm .
 
We also have an internet shop at Blackberry Barn opening soon and we can also offer a credit / debit card telephone order service.
 
To order your products, telephone us to make your order. We will then post your purchases in insulated boxes by a next day postal service. You will be required to sign for the package.
