Flexmore Farm Shop


We have a large range of award winning sausages, including the 2008 British Pig Association National Pedigree Pork Supreme Champion Sausage, tasty rare breed pork, Water Buffalo meat and, when in season, Goat meat. The shop is open on Wednesday Afternoons from 2pm until 7pm.

Flexmore Farm is a smallholding of about 45 acres, situated in the Buckinghamshire village of Chalfont St Giles. The farm is home to the Flexmore herd of Berkshire pigs, Flexmore herd of Water Buffalo and rare breeds of poultry and waterfowl.


Our main philosophy is to produce the best tasting, high quality foods that we know have been produced in a happy and healthy environment. Our pigs are the traditional Berkshire breed renowned as the best tasting pork you can get! We farm Water Buffalo because they produce the healthiest meat and dairy products with more protein and calcium and less cholesterol than cow’s milk. Our Chickens and Ducks are mainly kept for our own consumption but we sell surplus eggs.

More Pasture Needed

We are currently looking for some extra grazing / hay fields so that we can start to keep sheep too. If you have a few spare acres in the Chalfont area, and would like us to rent them, please phone Stephen on Zero Seven Nine Seven Three 737107.

Working Holidays

Escape the Rat Race and come to Buckinghamshire!

We now offer working holidays on the farm for people who want to see what it is like to work on a small farm / smallholding. The holiday makers will be expected to help feed the animals, clean out houses and pens, help with any current projects (which may include fencing, collecting and processing wood), picking vegetables, packing and labelling products ready for markets, etc.

The holiday makers will stay in our self catering, one bedroom, Log Cabin on the farm. Some of our produce will be provided for meals but this will need to be supplemented. For further details, please phone Stephen on 07973 seven three seven one zero seven or email us (farm@flexmore.org)

As of 19th October 2010, Flexmore Farm has ceased to sell Water Buffalo Dairy. Unfortunately the costs of production are too high for the amount we are able to produce and sell.   Sorry
